I use the iPhone weather app for weather.
I like it firstly because it's convenient, as it's easily accessed on my phone. Then, whatever I want after opening the app is easily seen right away or just a swipe away, as I tend to want only one of three things: current weather, later-in-the-day's weather, or the weather later in the week. A lot of the time, I just want to know if it's gonna rain or snow, so I can really just look at the pictures. And if I want to know the general temperature, I just look at the numbers.
That's really the gist of it, doesn't get more complicated than that for my purposes. Basically, I like that everything that I'm looking for is in plain sight and tells me what I want to know the most. And if I go somewhere new, I have easily searched for the new place and add it to a list of places I want the weather for and can just swipe to it, but it's usually just set to Chicago for me.
